Patch sur Blight du 15/12/2018 (Delta 305)

Un nouveau patch a été publié sur le serveur de test pour préparer le 15ème anniversaire d'Istaria. Des éléments visuels ont été apportés pour un thème diamant et cristal, sous forme d'équipement ou d'éléments pour les terrains/antres. Certaines villes ont bénéficié d'un petit lifting.

 Mais la composante la plus imposante est certainement l'ajout d'un réseau de tunnels reliant les villes Dragons, Chiconis et Dralk, qui traverse quasiment tout le continent d'Aradoth du nord au sud! Ce réseau sera à construire par les joueurs; autant dire que des semaines de travail, au bas mot, seront nécessaires pour en voir le bout.

- Money Loot now displays its average coin reward in the description.
- Friend of the Saris emblem now grants bonuses to health and ethereal armor.
- Gift of Fate is now dispellable and gives Rapture upon death.
- Cheat Death Penalty now lasts for 180 seconds up from 120.
- Resurrection now recycles every 90 seconds up from 60.
- Two new Gifts, Gift of Arcanist and Gift of Stargazer, has been added. Formulas can be purchased from scholar and spellcrafter trainers.
- Valkor and Son of Gigaroth will now deal slightly less damage overall.
- Blood Urns now respawn every 150 seconds, up from 120.
- Urn Hammer now has 1 second cooldown, down from 60.
- Son of Gigaroth's Call upon the Cabal ability will provide less healing over time and now can be dispelled.
- Summoner's Isle:
*Added T6 Refinery
*Cobalt replaced with Travertine
*More Travertine and Adamantium spawns
*Added small decoration
- Fabric Isle:
*Unlinked plant spawns

Live patch du 23/10/2018: A Growing Danger (+ Blight Delta 304.3)

Après quelques semaines de gestation, les Delta 304 à 304.3 ont été appliquées au serveurs réguliers. Dans un Istaria qui reprend ses couleurs automnales, le principal ajout est la quête de Ryson Stormbringer à Kion qui mène vers un mini-donjon Tier I dans Lesser Aradoth. De nombreuses nouveautés cosmétiques font leur apparitions (Abandonned Island et Peak of Storms revus et corrigés, de nouveaux éléments de décor pour les terrains, des structures existantes mieux décorées). Les Dragons obtiennent leur propre set de stances donnant des bonus passifs et une kyrielle d'ajustements divers sont au programme.

New Storyline Quests

The Spirit of Ryson Stormbringer can be found near the Shrine in Kion and is very concerned about something of great importance. He wishes to speak to the Gifted!

- A new storyline quest series is available to all players at level 10 and begins with the Spirit of Ryson Stormbringer in Kion (near the Shrine).
- Added a new Tier 1 dungeon known as the Inner Sanctum.
- Lesser Aradoth has received some additional decoration in the form of cliffside tombs (and associated monsters).
- Beetle and Agh'kuk spawns have been adjusted to account for the additional decoration.


Abandoned Island

Abandoned Island has undergone a transformation through the continued efforts of the Dryad.  Both flora and fauna have been expanded and improved.

- Pale Wisps of all sizes can now spawn on the Abandoned Island.
- Completely reworked the spawns atop the mountains on Abandoned Island.  Large and Small Frost Beetles, Winter Wolves, Winter Wolf Alphas all now spawn in better concentrations and rates.
- Winter Wolves are no longer social.
- Winter Wolf Alphas will now have one Winter Wolf follower.
- Ish'kuk no longer spawn on the Abandoned Island.  Instead, the Sal'guk have taken over one end of the mountains.
- Master Abandoned Island is now known as Master Jon Parkh, Gatekeeper.


Plots/Lairs

- Stone Flooring Obsidian, 40x40 has been added to player plot. Material costs for other sizes have been updated to be in sync with other similar sized flooring costs.
- Barn, T5 added to player plots. This Barn offers 50,000 bulk and 30 stacks. Current Barn has been renamed to Barn, T3.
- Two new lamp posts added to player plots, Gnomian 1 and Gnomian 2
- Dragon lair Libraries have been decorated. More structures may be decorated based on response
- Pattern Sets for Banners/Murals will be returned as a Novian when building is deconstructed
- Old style Hedges, 9 meters are once again available to player plot list of buildable structures
- Opened player structures to all races; furnished: Sslik Medium Consignment Shop, Sslik Medium Pawn Shop, Sslik Tiny Pawn Shop, Fiendish Pawn Shop, Fiendish Consignment Shop, Saris General Store
- New player structures added and furnished:  Dwarven Store, Elven Store, Small House Style 6, Half-Giant Consignment Shop, Half-Giant Pawn Shop, Large House Style 6, Dwarven Blacksmith Shop (was obsolete, now has Expert machines and requires T4 and T6 materials to build)
- Gambling Hall Statues added to player plots. These statues require special Mold to build, purchased from Analuus with Casino Tokens: Statue of Ashlander Vandus, Statue of Dragon, Statue of Grenaden, Statue of Saris Warrior, Statue of Silver Dragon, Statue of Sslik Warrior


Fall Harvest

The Fall Harvest festival returns to the islands of Istaria.  We've added some new plot decorations this year:

- Fall Harvest Decoration: Plain Sarcophagus
- Fall Harvest Decoration: Ornate Sarcophagus
- Fall Harvest Decoration: Fancy Sarcophagus
- Fall Harvest Decoration: Webbed Skeleton
- Fall Harvest Decoration: Webbed Deer

- Fall Harvest Decorations require spooky essences to build in addition to regular resources
- Spooky Essence and Lesser Spooky Essence added to Alice in New Brommel


Valkor and the Land of the Exiled

Based upon feedback provided by players, the following changes and adjustments have been made to Valkor and the Land of the Exiled:

- Valkor will now deal slightly less damage overall.
- Blood Urns will now respawn every 120 seconds, up from 80.
- Blood Stream now has 7 seconds cast time.
- Blood Flow will no longer provide damage increment.
- Urn Hammer now requires 10 Shining Energy Fragments to create and has 5 charges.
- Fallen Paladins now have a reasonable social range (instead of 36m) and will no longer ask for aid, heals or give aid.
- A Fallen Adventurer can be found within the Land of the Exiled and offers daily quests.


Adventure

- The obsolete consumable Ambrosia and the new Ambrosia of the Gods has had an erroneous tinting removed, allowing you to see its actual icon.
- The augmentation Demon's Bane now has its own icon.
- The formula for Helian's Trust now has its own icon.
- The ability Ethereal Claw now has its own icon.
- Wizard's Hat now says that it consumes Istarian Express Checks and has had its blue tint removed.
- Myloc junk loot has been updated to use different icons than the trophy icon to avoid confusion with actual trophy items.
- Elemental Slivers now have their own descriptions rather than sharing one with Elemental Globules.
- Blessing of Istara will now last for 2 hours (up from 1 hour) and save on logout
- Magma Bomb now requires 1 Magma Fragment instead of 5 Recharge Cells
- Mind Over Body 1 no longer has a bonus to healing while in Focused Stance.  Both Mind Over Body 1 and 2 will provide a 10% reduction in incoming melee and ranged non-spell damage while in Defensive Stance.
- Throw Spear
*All versions now have a 2.0 post-delay.
*Throw Spear 2 now has a range of 32m (down from 50m), but has a 1.25x damage multiplier.
*Throw Spear 3 now has a range of 34m (down from 50m), but has a 1.5x damage multiplier.
- Rapid Fire Stance is now known as Rapid Fire Posture.
- A number of quested crystals have had their tier keywords corrected (Sigil of Telak, Battlemaster's Stone, Crystal of Eternal Rest, Frozen Spellshard, The Wolf's Bane)
- Sigil of Telak is usable at level 30 (instead of 40).
- Crystal of Eternal Rest now requires a trade or adventure rating of 20.
- Frozen Spellshard, Stone of Revelry, Thurid's Stone of Wrath and the Woodstone of Alyssa now require an adventure rating of 80.
- Amulet of Scorpus now requires a trade or adventure rating of 40 and is no longer tradeable.
- Clerics, Healers, Druids, and Paladins now receive a new stance, Protective Stance, that is the Healer equivalent of Attuned (they share the same color).  This stance improves a healer's effectiveness while slightly reducing its threat gain.
- Mage's Maddening Trick will only apply its debuff on a hit (not a hit, parry or block).
- Armor of the Watcher now modifies Ethereal Armor by 150 (up from 100)
- Metal, Fabric and Leather Armors as well as Metal and Wooden Shields now use Rating instead of Current Level.
- Sanguine Mace can now be used at level 15 and its base damage is now 15-19 (up from 12-15).
- Confused 1 and 2 will now conflict with one another.
- Coin Purses, Wallets, Belts, Sacks, Pouches and Bags will now grant significantly more coin when used than before.
- Power Strike II correctly uses Offensive stance, instead of Shield stance


Crafting

- Foods
*All finished confectioner foods that do not use a unique icon now use a tiered set of icons.
*All confectioner resources now have unique icons that accurately reflect what they are instead of question marks or re-used/duplicated unrelated ones.
*Instead of all foods being brown, it now rests on tier-specific colored plates to let you distinguish what you are looking at at a glance. The plates follow the tier color pattern of trophies and junk loot.
*In addition to regular confectioner food icons being updated, rare foods have a variation of the icon in which lighter stripes are visible on the food, allowing you to distinguish them from regular food at a glance.
- Etherium Recharge Cells now use a green tint instead of the same tint as Class 6 Recharge Cells to better distinguish them.
- Ice Bolt spells and formulas use proper icons (vs Improved Ice Bolt icons)
- New Imperial Outpost tradeskill quests that accept 50 samples for a turn-in were added. In addition, biped quests now require minimum crafting rating of 100 instead of current level.
- Helga Deslo, the fashion designer in Mahagra, now properly functions as a pawnbroker and will offer her wares for sale.
- Aughundell and Sslanis fashion wear will now properly appear as actual clothing in the inventory instead of technique icons.
- Wisp Vitalities are now tinted to their tier rather than sharing one icon with predetermined colors.
- Wisp Residues now use coloring appropriate to their tier.
- A new gift, Gift of Fate, has been added. Upon death, this gift will instantly revive the target that has it. Formulas can be purchased from scholar and spellcrafter trainers.
- Pumpkin Pants tech kit effect now properly applies the Pumpkin Pants appearance.


Dragon

- Dragon Adventurers now receive new Combat Stances, replacing the old ones.  The new stances are:
*Conqueror (Bonus to T&C, Melee Damage, Counts as Offensive/Red)
*Primalist (Bonus to Primal, Spell Damage, Counts as Attuned/Blue)
*Soldier (Bonus to Armor, Reduce incoming Physical Damage, Counts as Defensive/LightBlue)
*Flame (Bonus to DBreath, Chance to Weaken Target To Future Breath Attacks, Counts as Focused/Green)
*Protector (Increase to Healing, Counts as Shielded/Orange)
*Adept (Bonus to MagicDefense, Reduce incoming Spell Damage, Counts as Alerted/Yellow)
*Terror (Chance to Cause Terrified on Ranged Non-Spell attack, Counts as Passive/Purple)
- Acceleration (dragons) is no longer part of the dragon school. Instead it will be given on last quest of Lunus/Helian Rites of Passage. Hatchlings will no longer see this ability.
- Acceleration now has its own animation in which the dragon rolls through the air instead of swiping mid-flight.
- Breath of Magma now requires 1 Magma Fragment instead of 7500 hoard
- Menacing Presence's buff, Menacing, will now properly apply to incoming melee and ranged non-spell attacks when in Soldier Stance.  Menacing wil now also reduce incoming damage by 10% rather than 25%.
- Gift of Ebbe'it now gives "Ebbe'it's Immunity", a 60s immunity to Lethal Poison.
- Primal Chains now recycles every 25s (up from 10s), has a shared recycle of 25% (instead of 100%), only applies its debuff on a hit (not a hit, dodge, parry or block)
- Primal Burst will now only apply its debuff on a hit (not a hit, dodge, parry or block)
- Primal Chains will now fail on conflict.  Debuff is now known as "Chained" and when it expires will give the target a temporary root resistance.


Game Server and Simulation

- Fixes:
*Once an item is listed on consignment, fix so that price can be updated
*Can create techniqued tools now

- Optimization:
*Memory optimizations for items and formula data

- Feature:
*Future event trigger so mobs can speak text in combat situations


Game Client

- Fixes:
*Re-price consignment item initially shows zero
*Some issues with the new emote changes have been resolved, such as missing sounds or emotes that won't play.
*Some longbows don't show color of applied weapon dye kit
*Plot: Stone Flooring Obsidian 30x30 had bad orientation
*DPS on keys keep repeating when stacks combined
*Frozen and Storm wisps no longer used tiled versions of Blight textures and use ones specialized for themselves.
*Teleport pad activation changed so that it is distance based instead of standing on the object.
*Saris females can now use the kick emote properly. Dragon adults will also now have a sound attached to /nod.
*Re-converted various snowy tree textures to DDS textures to be less pixelated at a distance.
*If a second key binding is a toggle button, then when pressing the first (or second binding), make sure the first / second is also set to the same toggle
*Update camera position behind character / autoflip to first person / third person. See camera options to disable.
*Clay resource nodes sometimes show extra lines on certain terrains
*Bright shaded Map tiles in Acul, Add Portals in Bridgeview map tiles
*Saris females can now use the kick emote properly (2nd fix that includes sound emote)
*NPC Shisheroth Idle Anim, walks to oven before doing breath of fire animation
*Moving training points window

- Features:
*Allow Monsters to cast effects using IdleAnims

- Optimizations:
*Speed up the equip items code
*Cleanup character loading / visibility so that maxFullCharacters / maxPartialCharacters values are respected (in ClientPrefs_Graphic.def). The video tab Graphics Detail slider controls this. Low end systems will get a higher frame rate at the expense of NPC appearing / disappearing based on distance and maxFullCharacters cap.
*Speed up character loading
*Improve loading speed for entities
*Improve performance of animation system when switching between standard animations (walk, run, step, etc.)
*Review formula fields and remove those not in use / needed


Monster

- Spirits/Ghosts
*Incorporeal Shift and Transformation no longer cause a reduction in to-hit by 80%.
*Incorporeal Transformation will no longer convert outgoing spell attacks to ethereal.  It now lasts for 45s (down from infinite) and recycles every 60s.
*Incorporeal Shift now reduces physical damage by 40% (down from 60%) and no longer converts outgoing spell attacks to ethereal.
*The basic attacks of Souls in the deserts around the Tower of Healing are no longer ethereal.
*Ethereal Attacks Passive is now known simply as Ethereal Attacks and is now an active ability with a buff that is visible.
- Treants and golems now no longer wander by default to make them appear more natural in their hidden state. If aggroed, they will still follow the player.
- Azular
*Azular's Energy Drain is no longer a guaranteed hit, does not do maximum damage, and only increases damage by 10% (instead of 55%).  It is now considered a magical attack.
*Lowered the maximum damage on Azular's Energy Zap slightly.
*Azular's Chain Slap now increases damage by 25% (down from 50%).
*Azular's now get less Tooth&Claw skill.
*Enraged and Wrathful Azulars, Polarized Remnants and Aberrant Azulars are no longer social.
- Roaming Fragments now have a chance to drop Magma Fragments and have improved loot drops
- Ancient Guardians are no longer social.
- Monster abilities that give stun, root, mez, and banish immunities now recycle every 60s (down from 120s).
- Bark Regeneration, used by Treants, is now an active ability with a buff that is visible.
- Treants no longer get flame resistance and no longer receive the Guardian "Skin Like" abilities.  Instead, they now get an active buff called "Made of Wood" that provides them with some benefits (and vulnerabilities).
- Golems (Stone) now have pierce resistance, but no longer get any ice resistance.  They also now get an active buff called "Made of Stone" that provides them with some benefits (and vulnerabilities).
- Blighted Kwellen Hoof is now classified as a quest_item, instead of junk loot.
- Numerous monster abilities, crystals, augmentations, Blighted Armor/Weapon and other Techniques were updated to apply their effects on a hit (rather than a hit, dodge or parry).
- Monster Nerf abilities are now active with a buff that is visible.
- Adjusted the spawns on the Isle of the Drowned, along the roads west and east of the Kion Volcano on Lesser Aradoth.
- Ruxus no longer ignore a player's rating to determine aggro.
- Bane of the Gifted is now an active monster self-buff that is visible.
- Adjusted the spawns of Greymane Wolves on the slopes of the Kion Volcano
- Increased the respawn time of Lone Wolf
- Increased the respawn time of Agh'kuk Gatherers on New Trismus
- Sal'guk Tribes are no longer social
- Ghost Wizards no longer receive Mage's Maddening Trick'
- Monster ability, Restore Bones 1, now recycles every 75s (up from 30s)
- Baltosh the Vile now uses Restore Bones 2 (instead of 1) and Immolate 5 (instead of 1).  He also no longer uses Urgat's weapon and a summoned shield.
- Monster ability, Restore Bones 2, now heals properly for a Tier 5 ability (instead of Tier 1 values)
- Urgat the Wicked and Baltosh the Vile no longer receive a number of extra spells (Leeching Life, Reanimate Dead, Soul Steal and Health)
- Jade Wolves now drop Jade Ears instead of Desert Wolf Fangs.  Jade Flank and Animal Hide can be gathered from their corpses.
- Rift monsters will once again do normal damage, but have significantly more health.
- Skeleton Mages now receive the same amount of MagicDefense and Evasion as player mages.
- Skeleton Clerics now receive the same amount of MagicDefense and Evasion as player clerics.
- Commander Vekh will now use a Summoned Dusky Broadsword instead of a Blade of Destruction and no longer receives Flame Spear.
- Bronze Golems are now smaller than their larger, Bronze Boulder Golem cousins.
- Bronze and Bronze Boulder Golem spawns at Miner's Mound on Lesser Aradoth are now slower, but there are more of them.


Quest

- Typo fixed in Breath of Fire: Refining a Useful Weapon.
- Typos fixed in Breath of Acid: Introduction
- Improved the directions in "(Daily) Shady Dealings" in Kion
- Quest "Jolly Old Nicholas: Destination Kion" will now properly delete the 10 Bronze Tinkering Springs
- Updated the quest chain "The Ruined Homestead" to refer to ethereal damage and to give a useful socketed crystal for players. Record of this quest has been removed, so all players can complete it again.
- Trials of the Gifted: Trials Completed quest now correctly displays the final quest (from Krianos) when greeting him. Trials of the Gifted (Missing Ability) quest now appears correctly if you've previously completed above quest, but have not received Title Ability (ie you completed the old/obsolete quest from Pratt (who didn't award emblem/title).
- Quest "Attunement to Aedan" now requires Dragons to be level 21 Adventurer to pick it up


World

- Peak of Storms has been decorated. Thank you Taconafide!
- Vladtmordt's area and cave have been decorated. Thank you Ghuran!
- Allathos's cave has been decorated.
- Added missing water to Grandli
- Militia Guards in New Trismus now actually have stats and will fight.  They also have a new buffs called Guard of the Gifted and Guard's Protective Aura.
- Resized a lair in Winter's Peak and one in Heart.
- Resized two lairs in Mia's Edge
- Marcus in Kion now sells plot permits.
- Gon Hughes, a Reaver Trainer, can now be found in Dalimond.
- Potions of Rest are now stackable.
- A small camp with NPCs can be found near the Ruined Palace north of Parsinia
- Due to high demand, Packs of Loyalty Potions have increased in cost.
- Versanto now offers a quest to send Dragons to Nielenoss when they reach New Rachival for the first time.
- Added a Spirit of Ryson Stormbringer to the Island of Skalkaar.
- Ryson Stormbringer on Spirit Isle is now known as the Spirit of Ryson Stormbringer
- Pratt no longer does run animation when walking
- Trader Gokkai at Desert Shores now sells two new dishes for Confectioners.

KNOWN ISSUES

- Player abilities, special Weapons, a number of Crystals, some Spells, and some other items may still apply their effects on a hit, dodge or parry instead of just a hit.  This is a known issue that we will continue to work through over the coming months.
- Relics of the Saris and the crafted Reliquary (and Formula) do not have icons at this time

- Jade Wolves now drop Jade Ears instead of Desert Wolf Fangs.  Jade Flank and Animal Hide can be gathered from their corpses.
- Trader Gokkai at Desert Shores now sells two new dishes for Confectioners.
- Armor of the Watcher now modifies Ethereal Armor by 150 (up from 100)
- Dragon Adventurers now receive new Combat Stances, replacing the old ones.  The new stances are:
*Conqueror (Bonus to T&C, Melee Damage, Counts as Offensive/Red)
*Primalist (Bonus to Primal, Spell Damage, Counts as Attuned/Blue)
*Soldier (Bonus to Armor, Reduce incoming Physical Damage, Counts as Defensive/LightBlue)

- Quest "Attunement to Aedan" now requires Dragons to be level 21 Adventurer to pick it up
- Metal, Fabric and Leather Armors as well as Metal and Wooden Shields now use Rating instead of Current Level.
- Pumpkin Pants tech kit effect now properly applies the Pumpkin Pants appearance.
- Rift monsters will once again do normal damage, but have significantly more health.
- Skeleton Mages now receive the same amount of MagicDefense and Evasion as player mages.
- Skeleton Clerics now receive the same amount of MagicDefense and Evasion as player clerics.
- Sanguine Mace can now be used at level 15 and its base damage is now 15-19 (up from 12-15).
- Commander Vekh will now use a Summoned Dusky Broadsword instead of a Blade of Destruction and no longer receives Flame Spear.
- Confused 1 and 2 will now conflict with one another.
- Coin Purses, Wallets, Belts, Sacks, Pouches and Bags will now grant significantly more coin when used than before.
- Power Strike II correctly uses Offensive stance, instead of Shield stance
- Ritual Pylons can now be damaged.
- Elith the Disgraced can now only be damaged when all Ritual Pylons are down.
- Bronze Golems are now smaller than their larger, Bronze Boulder Golem cousins.
- Bronze and Bronze Boulder Golem spawns at Miner's Mound on Lesser Aradoth are now slower, but there are more of them.
- Primal Chains now recycles every 25s (up from 10s), has a shared recycle of 25% (instead of 100%), only applies its debuff on a hit (not a hit, dodge, parry or block)
- Primal Burst will now only apply its debuff on a hit (not a hit, dodge, parry or block)
- Portals added to Upper Bridgeview and Bridgeview that allow players to teleport back to Kion.


Delta 304.1:

- Adjusted the spawns of Greymane Wolves on the slopes of the Kion Volcano
- Avarris the Learned in the Inner Sanctum now offers four daily quests.
- Increased the respawn time of Lone Wolf
- Increased the respawn time of Agh'kuk Gatherers on New Trismus
- Sal'guk Tribes are no longer social
- Mage's Maddening Trick will only apply its debuff on a hit (not a hit, parry or block).
- Ghost Wizards no longer receive Mage's Maddening Trick
- Incorporeal Shift and Incorporeal Transformation no longer convert a ghost's outgoing damage to ethereal.
- Made of Stone and Made of Wood no longer convert damage to specific types, but instead properly reduce (or increase) damage of those specific types.
- A new gift, Gift of Fate, has been added. Upon death, this gift will instantly revive the target that has it. Formulas can be purchased from scholar and spellcrafter trainers.
- Quest "Story: A Disturbance of Spirit (Part 5)" no longer suggests you speak to Ryson at the Shrine at the end.
- Updated the quest chain "The Ruined Homestead" to refer to ethereal damage and to give a useful socketed crystal for players. Record of this quest has been removed, so all players can complete it again.
- Empty Twilight Shard formula is now known as Twilight Essence Orb formula and is only used to create Twilight Essence Orbs.
- Imbued Shard of Twilight is now known as Shard of Twilight and consumes 1 Twilight Essence Orb on use.
- Ryson Stormbringer on Spirit Isle is now known as the Spirit of Ryson Stormbringer
- Added a Spirit of Ryson Stormbringer to the Island of Skalkaar.
- Monster ability, Restore Bones 1, now recycles every 75s (up from 30s)
- Baltosh the Vile now uses Restore Bones 2 (instead of 1) and Immolate 5 (instead of 1).  He also no longer uses Urgat's weapon and a summoned shield.
- Monster ability, Restore Bones 2, now heals properly for a Tier 5 ability (instead of Tier 1 values)
- Urgat the Wicked and Baltosh the Vile no longer receive a number of extra spells (Leeching Life, Reanimate Dead, Soul Steal and Health)
- Eventide Wisps in the Inner Sanctum will now drop more Twilight Essence and will also drop Enraged Dim Wisp Vitality.
- Numerous tweaks and fixes to "Disturbance of Spirit" quests and NPC actions.

Known Issue:
- Buffs/Debuffs that use Maxhits/MaxDamage do not currently expire properly.  This is being investigated.

- Fixed description of quest “Honoring An Old Friend (Part 1)” to reference Niesa
- Combat Stance abilities no longer reference their old names when used
- Quest “Kion Militia: Protect the South Gate” now refers to the southern gate in lower case and will count all types of Risen Raiders along with Sergeant Khar.
- Thurid’s Stone of Wrath now uses a weapon crystal icon instead of tool
- Added a description to quest “Shady Dealings”, the quest now requires you to have an adventure rating of 10, and is repeatable once per day.

- Ghosts above level 80 will be incorporeal all the time instead of just part of the time like those below.
- Combat Stances Defensive, Passive, Alerted, Armored, and Shielded abilities no longer have an augmentation effect assigned to them.
- Fixed an extra period in New Trismus 1: Welcome to the Battlefield (biped version) and changed the reference of ‘pigs’ to ‘young boar’, clarifying them as grulets.
- Treants now have a unique idle animation in which they pose as a tree.
- A number of decorative NPCs in Kion, Sslanis and New Trismus are now “instance npcs” (they can be “turned off”).

- T6 trophies now give 300k exp on the first 10 turn-ins and 175k on the rest. They also now require rating 100 instead of 101, allowing dragons to pick up the quests again.

Live patch du17/07/2018: Haute Couture (+ Blight Delta 303.3)

Les Delta 303 à 303.3 ont été appliquées sur les serveurs réguliers avec leur lot de nouveautés. L'accent est mis cette fois sur les éléments cosmétiques qui peuvent être utilisés comme Tech Kits contre des consommables pour être appliquée sur des armures classiques: votre armure en plaques pourra donc avoir l'aspect aéré d'une chemise de Kirasanct! Les Monks voient leur école renouvelée (mais pas encore pleinement fonctionnelle) et l'un des plus anciens monstres épiques du jeu déménage dans une nouvelle forteresse.
Quant à la petite Delta 303.3 appliquée sur Blight peu avant le patch des serveurs réguliers, elle renforce la présence des dégats de type etheral.

The world of fashion has arrived in Istaria!  Designers and connoisseurs from around Istaria have brought Haute Couture, high-end Istarian fashion, to the cities of the continent.  Visit them, purchase this exclusive clothing, and enjoy!  Every single fashion item can now create an appearance tech kit equivalent of itself, the items include but are not limited to:
- Fashion gear sold by fashion designers across cities
- Shoulder pets
- Hats sold by Sheila Jonis
- Boxers (new)
- Masks and festival gear that wasn't included in the Reklar's Reclaimation update.
- Time limited items like the anniversary fashion.
- All cosmetic items should now have icons that are unique to their looks rather than borrowing from other sources.

In addition, other changes include:
- New Koraelia (Summer) has received two new daily quests to help with gathering festival tickets. (and maybe give you something more too…)
- (Daily) A Race in the Sands, given by Cursan Litus on the beach.
- (Daily) Assistant Zookeeper's Task, given by the Assistant Zookeeper.
- Fashion Designers now only sell the fashion related to the city they inhabit, as well as commoner clothes.
- Several cities have received their own Fashion Designer.
- Sheila Jonis now also sells a sad paper bag.
- To go in line with some of the other changes, shoulder pets (aside from the shoulder treants) have been removed from the gnomekindle vendors.


Land of the Exile

Valkor has relocated from the mountain top castle to the Land of the Exiled.  He has become more deadly and dangerous by acquiring a couple of new tricks as well as new minions to guard his Blood Palace.


Monk Revamp

The monk school, long reviled as a support school with little focus and purpose, has been revamped!  Using the pattern created many years ago called neo-monk, the new school includes new mechanics (ability chains including builders, follow-up abilities and closers), abilities and icons!


Adventure

- xGenerate Health is no longer obsolete (also fixed the coin and hoard values of the spells)
- Stance Changes:
*Red renamed to Offensive, boosts outgoing damage.
*Green renamed to Focused, boosts to-hit with melee/ranged attacks.
*Blue renamed to Attuned, boosts to-hit with Spell attacks.
*Knight of Creation Armor Stance now known as Combat Stance: Armored, displays a stance effect and truly puts you into a stance.
*Shield Stance renamed to Combat Stance: Shielded and boosts Parry as well as Block.

- Spirit Arrows now have a 75% chance of healing, but transfer less damage to health (24, 27, and 30% by tier).

- Spirit Walk's Incorporeal effect will now only fade on a hit.
- -500, -250 and -100 Charges Blighted Techs are now obsolete and will no longer be selected.
- Health Boost 1 now gives +40 health (up from +20)
- Health Boost 2 now gives +300 health (up from +60)
- Charge 1 now does some damage (since you are hitting your opponent) and so that it will give feedback to the player.
- Power Strike 3 now causes 10% greater damage (instead of +15) while in Offensive Stance.
- Power Strikes 1, 2 and 3 now get bonus towards to-hit of 20% while in Offensive Stance
- Source of Power Ring now boosts spell damage by 10% and gains a +10% bonus to-hit.
- Potion of Memories buff, Cognizance, now has a 25% chance of reducing the to-hit of incoming attacks by 80% and lasts for 10 minutes.  It no longer modifies Focus, Power and Spirit Resistance.
- Totally Hammered will no longer conflict with other stat modifying buffs
- Added a new passive ability, Protection (Passive Specialization), to the Knight of Creation school at level 1.  This is a non-masterable passive that increases threat generation for the school by 450%.
- Added a new active ability, Protection (Specialization), to the Warrior school at level 12 and Dragon Adventurer at level 11.  This is a non-masterable ability that increases threat generation by 450%, armor by 200%, ethereal armor by 200%, but reduces outgoing damage by 75%.
- Added a new passive ability, Vitae (Passive Specialization), to the Healer school at level 14.   This is a non-masterable passive that decreases threat generation for the school by 50%.
- General blighted techs (such as Race Restriction, NoRecall, and ChargeReduction) will now only apply one total for any individual item.
- Guaranteed Hit blighted tech now has a 5, 10 and 15% chance
- Thunder Cloud is no longer obsolete and gives a 6s stun.  The spell will now recycle every 60s at T1 to 36s at T5.  It is now an AoE spell with a range of 6m at T1 to 22m at T5
- Nerve Strike will now reduce target's Strength and Dexterity by 100, up from 50
- Resurrection spells and abilities now give Rapture, a 7s damage immunity and stun.
- Superior Resurrect now recycles every 180s (down from 300s)
- Shaman's Chant debuff, Bewildered, is now known as Befuddled.
- Disarmed debuff no longer conflicts with other stuns
- Pulsing Artifact Fragment tech kit can no longer be scribed and now has keywords.
- Many abilities, spells and tech effects (player and monster) that resulted in stuns now use a more standardized naming convention for them Short, Moderate, Long and Extra Long Stun
- Adventure: Eminence effect, Preeminent Acclaim, and Greater Renown effect now gives Long Stun and has a 15% chance (up from 5%)
- Tail Whip now gives Long Stun on hit and has a 7m range
- Electrified now gives a 6s stun (up from 3s)
- Tempest effects now have a straight 25% chance to stun, modifies the to-hit of incoming targets by 25 to 40% by tier and give a range of stuns (from Short to Long).
- Lightning Arrows once again applies to all attacks, not just special attacks.  It now converts damage to energy (instead of nature).  The chance to apply Electrified is now 15, 20 and 25% for each tier.
- Spirit Arrows will now return 25, 35, and 45% of damage as health
- Lesser Epic Aura, Greater Epic Aura and Invasion Aura to persist beyond death
- Multicast I-IV and Primal Cast now save on logout. (they will not disappear if you crash or relog)
- Skin Like abilities now give greater armor boost (44, 98, 160, 134, 318, and 416)
- Hero's Resolve will now overwrite other flurries
- Improved, Superior, Exceptional and Prescient Dodge passive abilities now only provide dodge bonus and has dodge bonus values increased by 10 for each tier
- Title: The Shatterer now gives a 10% bonus to damage against Azulars
- Title: Helian's Protector now gives +50 to T&C and Primal
- Armor of the Watcher ability now lasts for 30 minutes (up from 5 minutes) and has a recycle of 5s (down from 90s).  It will conflict with other buffs that boost ethereal armor.
- Form of the Void now boosts Ethereal Armor by +450 (up from +250)
- Players who become incorporeal using Geleon's Master Scroll will now do ethereal damage.


Crafting

- Wolf Hide Blade formula is now known as Wolf Hide Items and can be scribed by a player using Metalworking or Dragon Scalecrafting.
- Raw Gruok can now be gathered using a Bronze Istarian Army Knife and Intuition
- Improved Energy Bolt formulas now use proper icons
- Tri-cut Gems and Cast Stones now have a tier-appropriate hoard value (instead of 5)
- Silver, Gold and Mithril Armor Cloth/Leather Mystery Formula Boxes now properly consume themselves upon usage, and give out proper formulas.
- Jewelry Tech Kit: Necklace of Strength is now known as the Jewelry and Scale Tech Kit: Pendant of Strength and indicates which scale it can be applied to in its description.
- Wolf Hide Items can now properly be scribed


Dragon

- Added a Wolf Hide Dragon Claw to the list of available products on the Wolf Hide Items formula
- Quickening Breeze Beginner and Expert formulas no longer drop as loot (they are already sold on vendors).
- Dragon Lairshaping novians now have their own 'faded' icons and are tinted properly to their tier.
- Primal Alacrity spell now has the "buff" keyword


Monster

- Fierceteeth on Spirit Isle is now 2.5x the size of regular Grulets
- Temporary Stun, Root, Banish, Bleed, and Mesmerize Resistance now lasts for 6s (up from 3s)
- Surtheim is now immune to stunning effects
- Range for Epic Auras increased to 30m (from 20m).
- High Priest of Telak is now an engineer instead of a technomancer
- Wild Grulets on New Trismus can now spawn as level 5 or 6 and have an increased nerf of 50% (from 35%).
- Lowered the maximum number of Wild Grulets that can spawn on New Trismus slightly
- Gruoks now get ½ as much evasion and magic defense as before and will dodge less at lower levels.
- Wild Grulets now have their own resource node on death that gives far less raw gruok and animal hide than regular Gruoks.
- Undead Ogre now gives players within 25m a buff, Overpowering Enemy, that boosts health, armor, to-hit and damage.
- Gate Guardians in New Trismus Deadlands are now slightly weaker and are no longer social
- Brown Crawlers' standard attacks will now cause piercing damage
- Brown Spiders near the Homestead on New Trismus now have a poisonous bite
- Skeletons outside the Kion South Gate now have an affinity for fire.
- Incorporeal monsters will now do ethereal damage.

- Aegror, Automatons and Abominations of all tiers now have a better chance of dropping Blighted Items and less chance of dropping hoardables.

- Enraged Revenants on the Chiconis Battlefield get less health and will do less damage than before.  Its Incorporeal buff should now show up on the target window.
- Tainted Spirits, Enraged Revenants and Risen Adepts on the Chiconis Battlefield are no longer social
- Massive Rose Quartz Golem should now be appropriately massive
- Renegade Technomancers and Derelict Automatons outside of New Rachival are no longer social

Quest

- Quest "Imperial Army: Locate Additional Battle Orders" now drops battle orders as part of the quest rather than at any time from the monster.
- Delgarath Militia Unsung Heroes: For the Empire will always hand out an imperial rank token upon completion.
- Updated quest "The Lone Wolf of New Trismus" and related sub-quests with alternative dialog that should help.
- Updated dialog in quest "New Trismus: Welcome to the Battleground" (for bipeds and dragons), added a feedback message when Miry hands you the bronze army knife, updated directions to Miry as well as the Wild Grulets.

- A few fixes with the Island of Ice quests' icons: Villitis Bulb now has a smaller, bluer icon, Vilitus Pulp now also has a smaller icon that is properly blue instead of white-red, and Frozen Carapace Dust's icon should now actually show.
- Papyrus plants now properly have colored stems to differentiate their looks by tier. The icons of the resources made from Papyrus are also now less jarring and match the respective plants.
- All clay resources also are now colored by their specific tier, with porcelain being white, terra cotta red-brown, etc, to match their resource icons.
- Various confectioner resources have had an erroneous reddish tint removed and/or been given proper tints to differentiate similar resources (ex. flours). Some have also had their icons adjusted to be more accurate.
- Several Sslik in Sslanis have relearned how to speak in Sslik customs
- All racial cities have received their own oddities brokers. Junk loot has had its descriptions updated to reflect this change, referring to oddities brokers in major cities rather than Rhahool or Rhagool in particular.



Blight Delta 303.3:

- Wolf Hide Items can now properly be scribed
- Armor of the Watcher ability now lasts for 30 minutes (up from 5 minutes) and has a recycle of 5s (down from 90s).  It will conflict with other buffs that boost ethereal armor.
- Form of the Void now boosts Ethereal Armor by +450 (up from +250)
- Incorporeal monsters will now do ethereal damage.  
- Players who become incorporeal using Geleon’s Master Scroll will now do ethereal damage.
- Monsters in the Rift will now do ethereal damage
