Patch sur Blight 14/10/13 (Delta 250)

Encore un mini patch sur Blight servant à préparer une grosse sortie sur les serveurs réguliers. Là encore, c'est un coup de polish sur le nouveau contenu:

- Stone of the Crystalshaper boosts Essence Shaping instead of Sculpting.
- Lost Elders now properly drop Tier5 loot.
- Quest "Attune to the Fiery Rift" is no longer repeatable.
- Quest "Aratanosh: Destroy the Flame Horrors" now properly tracks all levels of Flame Horrors.
- Adjusted the spawn rates and quantities of monsters within the Barrier Vale.
- Adjusted the spawn rates and quantities of Baleful Feeders and Spitters near the entrance to the Barrier Vale.
- Adjusted the spawn rates and quantities of the Fallen Dragons and Warriors who follow Reklar Plaguebearer.
