Patch sur Blight du 12/05/2025

Ce nouveau patch apporte surtout de nouveau correctifs et quelques ajustements. De nouvelles animations sont cependant à noter avec un nouveau mode pour s'assoir pour les bipèdes et une nouvelle emote pour les Dragons.

Blight Exclusive

- Testing Boon: Invulnerability now consumes itself instead of Drulkar's Vitality I (Hotfixed to Blight on March 12th)

Content

- Gizl no longer offers items from consumables and previous events, instead only offering the Festival of the Brave items.
- Prevented quest "Rangers in Danger: The Badge of Merrasat" from breaking on the kill step.
- Andolath's Focus tech kits can now only be applied to their respective tier (except for Andolath's Focus V which can be applied to Tier 5 or 6 daggers). The description now mentions this restriction.
- Cuadan's Sigil tech kit descriptions now mention the tier restriction.
- Bane of Androgos tech kit descriptions now mention the tier restriction.
- Journal entry in quest "(Daily) Artifact Hunter: AxE High!" when returning to Grendulf now asks you to return with axes, not heirlooms (that is a different quest).
- Quest "(Daily) Kion Militia: Kill the Scorched Légion" and "(Daily) Kion Militia: Kill Sergeant Khar" now award experience upon completion, but now requires to be level 11 in current adventure school.
- Eytelira's Screen of The Arcanist III now accepts the same techniques as the other tiers of the spell.
- Changed the descriptions of all now-obsolete broken items to refer the owner to Orjal or a pawnbroker for trade. They are now additionally prefixed with "Antiquated" in the name for easier sorting.
- Fixed Dantor's dialogue links in quest "Niesa's Fate (Part 1)"

- Quest "Town Marshall: Brownsnout Tamer" can't be completed by speaking to Krianos instead of Ssoren anymore.
- Quest "(Hourly) Clean Up The Wriggling Masses" can't be obtained after level 15 anymore, as stated in the quest description.
- Improved directions in quest "Cleansing the Corruption II".
- Quest "Attunement to the Peak of Storms", from Lantenal the Hermit while holding a Token of Esteem, now properly attunes you to the Peak of Storms now instead of the Pool of Teeth.
- Boiled Pincer is now known as Boiled Stinger, as only stingers give poison on scorpions, and has been given a stinger icon.
- Boiled Stinger now properly gives you either Moderate Poison Immunity or Moderate Poison when consumed. Its description has been updated with the values in lieu of the tooltip due to reformatting.
- Dalthor the Dwarf in Mithril Canyons now has dialogue when greeted and properly progresses the quest Dimensional Pocket VIII: Mithril Bullion when spoken to.
- Varrantoth's Blessing (quest reward) changes:
*Bonus augmentations don't fade upon death anymore.
*Recycle time is now 10mn.
*Augmentations can't stack.
- Tower of Magery changes:
*Updated Eilen the Mage dialogues.
*Quest "Assist Eilen the Mage With Her Icy Research":
.Quest has been renamed to "Tower of Magery: Assist Eilen the Mage With Her Icy Research"
.Quest now requires having previously completed the quest "Tower of Magery: Collect Glacial Dire Wolf Claws".

.Reduced the waiting time at Androgos from 120s to 30s when he prepares the marrow.
- Multiple changes have been made to the training dummies available in some cities in Istaria.
*Archery Targets are now in the school "Simple Combat Training Target", which grants them no armor or resistances, to let you see your raw damage.
*Training Posts are now in the "Combat Training Post" school, which grants them a moderate amount of armor, and thus mitigation, akin to on-tier enemies.
*Sword and Shield dummies are now in the "Armored Combat Training Dummy" school, which grants them a very high amount of armor for high mitigation.
*All Training Dummies now have a flat 1,000,000 HP rather than 1,000,049.
*Kion
.The Archery Targets have been moved slightly and given more decor.
.The Undead, Elemental, and Animal Training Posts are now lined up alongside the building next to the Archery Targets, alongside a generic Training Post with no special modifier.
.An additional Sword and Shield Training Dummy and a few generic Combat Training Posts now sit nearby the warrior camp.
*Delgarath
.The Training Posts are now limited to one of each type when spawning and are lined up on the left side of the combat area. A fourth generic post has been added.
.The Sword and Shield Dummies are now limited to one spawn and have been moved to the rightward side of the combat area.
.New Sword and Shield Dummies with high resistances on top of their high mitigation have been added alongside the other dummy - one for each resistance (Physical, Mystical, Arcane, Ethereal).
.Two Tier 6 Archery Targets have been placed in the testing area next to the road, against some hay bales.
.The area was slightly expanded to accommodate the above changes.
- Beginner Weapon and Claw Tech Kit: Hunter's Retribution changes:
*This formula is now rewarded by a new quest: "The First Hunt III". This quest requires a level 20 adventure school and an Ingenuity skill of 100 at minimum.
*The formula now requires to complete quest "The First Hunt III" to be scribed.
- Quests "Dralnok: Honoring the Iron Guard" and "Dralnok: Denizens of the Dark" can't be completed if quest "Dralnok's Doom (Chapter 3): Ganesh's Footsteps" has been started (this is not a bug). To reflect this better, the following changes have been made:
*These quests now prompt a warning when started.
*These quests are not available if quest "Dralnok's Doom (Chapter 3): Ganesh's Footsteps" has been started. To be available again, quest "Dralnok's Doom (Chapter 3): Ganesh's Footsteps" must be dropped.
*If these quests are already active when quest "Dralnok's Doom (Chapter 3): Ganesh's Footsteps" is started, they are disabled. Drop quest "Dralnok's Doom (Chapter 3): Ganesh's Footsteps" to make them active again. A relog may be needed.
*These quests will now fail if quest "Dralnok's Doom (Chapter 3): Ganesh's Footsteps" is actively completed. For players that have completed the story quest before content update, the two side quests will be disabled and need to be dropped manually.

Adventure

- Silver Strike now shares its timer fully with Primal Strike (not 50%)
- Ranger no longer receives Improved Parry
- Reaver now receives Improved Parry
- Cleave now has an improved description, does 2x damage (up from 1.5x), recycles every 30s (down from 60s) and will do maximum damage.
- Blood Mage can now use Shocking Blast spells.
- Blight Bolts and Improved Blight Bolts don't share their recycle time with Lightning Bolts and Blood Bolts anymore.

Craft

- Beginner, Journeyman and Expert Capacity/Damage/Velocity Crystals formulas properly create 2 crystals per batch, like the Master versions.
- Formula Pricing Changes:
*Master Blighted Cleansing formulas have been reduced in price by 25%
*Master Antidote has been reduced in price by 25%
*Expert key formula has been reduced in price by 50%
*Master Cargo formulas have been reduced in price by 50%
*Master Tool Claw formula has been reduced in price by 50%
*Master Basic food formulas have been reduced in price by 50%
*Master Standard Cargo Disk formula has been reduced in price by 50%

- Trellis Flower Walls have been placed into their own category in Plot Planner so that they do not clutter regular short trellis walls.

- Epic resources Annisil Cord, Dense Leather Band, Fiery Agate Gemstone, Taravist Crystal and Velanthis Wood Strip can now be stored in Warehouses.
- "Unused Wash Basin" has been renamed to "Empty Wash Basin w/ Wash Board" to better differentiate from building stage model
- "Unused Laundry Basket" has been renamed to "Flipped Laundry Basket"
- Stone Flooring material changes - these changes were made to make materials fit better with texture, and make it more interesting. These are material swaps, but some floorings now use minor resources like water or dirt or sand as well:
*Stone Flooring Broken Grass will now use Sandstone Blocks and Dim Essence Sphere
*Stone Flooring Cobble Deadfall will now use Granite Blocks and Slate Blocks

Monsters

- All chests in Dralnok's Doom and Myloc Colony now share the same respawn time. For some of them in the Myloc Colony, this time has been significantly reduced.

World

- Fixed spilled water issue near South Gate
- Corrected floating Ivy Arch in Falathien
- Fixed terrain hole near Niesa's Prison
- Tweaked dirt texture in Guild: Yumi so it's easier to distinguish individual plots
- Corrected small lair chambers sticking into community Grand Hall in Chiconis
- Corrected missing sections of Chiconis-Dralk tunnel in Heather
- Fixed floating undead vine in Eastern Deadlands
- Fixed terrain above lair in Heart so that whole volume of lair can be now used.

Miscellaneous Changes & Fixes

- Hatchlings now have an updated run animation.
- Staggering Howl has a new animation and sounds.
- The Sslik, Saris, and Satyr races have an updated idle animation.
- The Sslik, Saris, and Satyr races now have new transitionary relaxed sit animations.
- All the biped races now have a new relaxed sit animation.
- Dragons now have a new chuckle emote.
- Fixed a layering issue with saris tails and boots introduced in the prior update
- Adjusted the options interface to show "Relaxed Sit/Stand" instead of "Dragon Relaxed Sit/Stand". As well as flipping the viewing order between "Dragon Canine Sit/Stand" and "Relaxed Sit/Stand".
- Flower vendors will no longer buy items back
- Veteran Tarantula Hatchling Foreleg is once again tradeable (Hotfixed to Blight on March 12th)

- Time's Ripple isn't removed on death anymore.
- The tooltip for Ablatives has been tweaked to read more clearly. Instead of referring to damage or hit "sources", it specifies "attacks". If both ranged and melee are applicable, it also will now read "any". In effect, "Removed after 400 damage from sources" is now "Removed after 400 damage from any attacks".
- Obsolete Bright Blight Armor Crystal doesn't drop anymore.
- Corrected the display of penetration modifiers.
- The item "Basket of Fresh Minnows" now uses an actual basket for its icon, rather than a metal bucket.
- Glacial Dire Wolf Claw now uses a claw icon, instead of a trophy.
- Ruvan and Keela in Aughundell and Kion respectively now sell the standard mender wares (diluted antidotes instead of regular antidotes).
- Reverted changes to the Accuracy technique pending further review. The values have been streamlined to increment consistently, from 70/110/140/150/250 to 70/110/150/190/230.
- ‘+X bonus to hit' in tooltips now reads as ‘-x% chance to miss. All values have been visually divided by 10 and inversed to better represent their actual effect. Developer Comment: This is only a change in how the effect shows up in tooltips, as this is closer to how the effect actually works in combat.
- Special attacks now have a ‘Ranged' or ‘Melee' qualifier in their attack type to indicate what types of weapons are compatible with them.
- The ‘Range' section of Special attacks has been merged with the ‘Base Range' section, now indicating that your range is inherited from your equipped weapon plus or minus any bonuses.

Client & Server

Features

- Updated how gathering tools are automatically equipped:
*When gathering a resource, the game will now attempt to equip the tool or ability with the highest gather rate first over all other tools.
*You are no longer informed when you have other tools in your inventory if they are not of higher quality than the tool you are using.
*A new message displays if a dragon attempts to gather a resource with an ability that is worse at gathering that resource than a different ability - for instance, using Intuition on water if you have Ingenuity.
*The message informing you of what tools can gather a resource now also includes what quality the tool must be. Quality is the tier of the tool plus one and will be displayed on the tooltip of tools in a future update.
- Added the ability to tint the colours of hotkey icons to further differentiate them from each other.
- When dragging a stack of items to the chat to create an item link, the link will also show the quantity of the items being dragged as well.
- When trying to add something to a consignor but the price you've set is below minimum, now the price set window will appear to allow for a new price to be chosen easily.
- The list of available actions in the Hotkey Editor are now sorted alphabetically to make it easier to find the one being searched for.
- Added a new hotkey action "Paste Text" which pastes text into the chat input line for later sending.
- Added an option to show the name of the quest that's sending the quest feedback text in chat - for example, this would show the name of the quest that has just said its objective is complete.
- Updated how the game handles keybinding conflicts to match expected behaviour - now when applying options with a keybind conflict via the Apply button the options window will stay open, and then applying options with the OK button the options window will close as expected.
- It's now possible to use Novians to help construct other player's plot buildings as well as your own.
- The character window now shows the coordinates of your plot as well as the name of it.
- Improved stalactite texture to blend better with background
- Improved texture of Feladan tree leaves

Fixes

- Fixed an ancient issue where monsters would visually appear in a slightly different location than they actually are - this would manifest as trying to use an attack while in range of the monster but the game saying you are actually out of range. Now monsters will appear correctly with no discrepancies.
- Fixed an issue when using the Recall feature could cause gatherable resources to disappear from your client - this issue was commonly seen in New Trismus's sandstone field.
- Fixed a number of issues related to chat windows, such as the chat incorrectly scrolling to the bottom when the mouse passes over it, issues with drag-selecting text, and issues with copying text not working every time if mouse-over chat timestamps are enabled.
- Fixed an issue where certain repaired Broken items would not show their technique capacity in the item details window.
- The loading message in the inventory window will now say "Loading Contents" if information is being requested (previously it would incorrectly say "Requesting Vault Contents").
- Fixed an issue with the trading window where End Turn wasn't working properly if only trading coins, and also fixed an issue where typing in 0 for the coin to trade would cause the up and down arrow buttons next to the coin display to stop working.
- Fixed the %r% chat command so it'll convert to the current region text correctly under all circumstances.
- Fixed the Guild MOTD Link which is displayed in chat when logging in not showing as a clearly clickable link.
- Fixed a number of issues with the automatic conversion to clickable links feature in chat - this fixes issues where typing some things in chat would cause an <<Invalid Web Link>> error message to appear even though the chat text isn't meant to be a web link.
- Fixed an issue where dragging items to the chat would create a broken, unclickable item link under certain conditions.
- Added safety checks to prevent items from being accidentally deleted by a potential bug related to buff and debuff effects, this fix was released to the live shards as a hotfix some time ago. If this issue is encountered, an error message will appear in chat asking for the user to let support know about it!
- Fixed issues with the icons in the Target Window not being properly scaled to fit within the smaller size - also, the "current item or ability being used" square will not appear unless the target is actually using something at the time now.
- Fixed an issue where the Requirements list for some items would sometimes have the final requirement as a missing, blank line.
- Fixed an issue where using the Hide Remote Pets option would turn your own pet invisible as well.
- Fixed an issue where some smaller plot objects (like walls) couldn't be built near the edge of the property boundary.
- Fixed a bug where in situations with heavy combat the floating combat numbers could become stuck in the world and never disappear - this would also lead to FPS loss over time.
- Fixed an issue where the "Junk" and "Hoard" trade buttons (intended for use when trading to NPCs) could appear in a player to player trade as well.
- Fixed an issue where when an item was being consumed and there were multiple stacks available in different pouches, the stack from a different pouch than the expected one was being consumed.
- Fixed a bug where if the client version was out of date the game would instantly close with no error message instead of showing that the version was out of date first.
- Fixed an issue where temporary FPS loss could be experienced if there were many inventory windows open when an item is added or removed from one of the windows.
- Fixed an issue where turning off your UI while the building process for your plot is in progress would cause the build process to become paused.
- Fixed a bug where the Hotkey Editor window could show garbage text for an item under rare conditions.
- Fixed a bug where when clicking on NPC dialogue the game would erroneously display the message "Talking to yourself again?".
- Fixed an issue where the 3D item preview for items would not render correctly under certain conditions, or would appear untextured.
- Fixed a bug where viewing item information (such as clicking an item information link in chat) could overwrite the information being displayed in the Item Creation window.
- Fixed issue with the Property Window where it would not show the plot attached to the building you have selected if you used the Access Structure option.
- Fixed an issue where the day / night cycle could become desynced between players.
- Pewter steins (furniture item inside buildings) will now correctly load its texture
- Fixed leaves collision issue in twisty Dalimond tree
- Fixed effects not being centered and scaled properly on Surtheim's pets
- Fixed missing texture on Ruin Tazoon canal bed


Known Issues

- The transition animations for Sslik, Saris & Satyr relaxed sits do not work as of yet.
