Patch sur Blight du 20/09/12 (Delta 230)

- Fixed problem with new houses so that they now will appear on the list of structures.
- Also updated structure list so that structures which are no longer in use will not show.
- Baskets of Laundry, regular Baskets, Clotheslines, Hammocks, Wheelbarrows, Park Benches and Stone Firepit are all set to a limit of 5 per plot.
- Queriatia in Dralk and Resiata in Chiconis have once again been told they need to sell formulas for repairing dragon broken items.
- Beef Pasty now properly points at the correct augmentation, Summer Strength.
